Welcome & President's Reception, Monday, September 18

The Welcome President's Reception will be held in the exhibit hall, so exhibitors are encouraged to set up for Monday evening and join the party! This kick-off event will celebrate our past year with our current president, Jessica Fleury as we look forward to the year ahead. All attendees and exhibitors are invited to attend.

NEW 2023 Team Building

Although the exhibit hall won't be open on Tuesday, September from 1pm-4pm, we encourage you to participate in the team building activities happening that afternoon. This is a great way to casually network with our members and have some fun!

Scavenger Hunt:

Each attendee will be encouraged to visit the Exhibit Hall and all exhibitors throughout the event. Attendees will be eligible for the scavenger hunt through our Event app - Grupio. More details to follow.

Overnight accommodations at the host hotel, Killington Resort & Hotel, at a discounted VIAA group rate. Rooms range from: $172 (Studio 1Q Bed); $182 (Studio 1Q Bed & Sofa Bed); to $230 (Suite, 1Q bed/1Q Murphy Bed/Sofa Bed) for VIAA Convention attendees.
