Description

This “ADVANCED LEVEL” full day program will look at the ins and outs of agency management as it relates to automation, client services, financial management and the producer's legal and ethical responsibilities.

Ethics Requirement: All students must complete and pass the exam for Ethical Guidelines in order to earn the designation.

AAI Testing is now done online following the class. There are six computers available for testing purposes only, generously donated by Ludlow Insurance Agency. Attendees may bring their own laptop to complete the required test. Must have internet access on the laptop to complete the exam. Exams must be completed in the VIAA Education Center with an approved proctor. No study materials may be used to complete the AAI Exam.
