Description

This class offers attendees a comprehensive loss control seminar to improve their business practices, while reducing losses. The program material will include actual claims case studies, self-audits, sample agency procedures, and sample agency letters. Attendees will learn to evaluate their agency’s susceptibility to E&O claims, how to avoid them and what to do in case of an E&O claim.

This class has been approved for the loss control credit on your Swiss Re E&O policy.
