In this interactive 3-hour program, you will learn about environmental impairment liability coverage. It’s not often that our industry comes up with something “new.” However, due to new federal statutes concerning such areas as pollution, we had to come up with policies that addressed gaps in conventional coverage. This session will look at the need for Environmental Liability coverage, and how the policy is written. It is a unique line, but one with which you should be familiar when reviewing your customer’s exposures and how traditional policies treat those exposures.
