Agents will explore key topics including policy rating, claims handling, and general and miscellaneous rules that govern the program. Through practical examples and up-to-date information, participants will gain the confidence and knowledge needed to accurately advise clients, navigate policy changes, and effectively manage flood insurance coverage from quote to claim.
